How much commission do I earn?
Commission is a share of the booking value and scales with the length of the stay — longer stays mean larger payouts. Exact rates are confirmed in your partner agreement. Use the estimator above to model your own numbers.
When and how do I get paid?
You’re paid once your referred client’s booking is confirmed, on a set monthly schedule via bank transfer. Every payout is itemized in your partner dashboard.
How are my referrals tracked?
Each partner gets a unique referral link. If a client comes in without it, we match on the client’s email so the referral is still credited to you.
Which clients qualify?
Anyone who needs a furnished home for a month or longer in one of our cities — relocating professionals, remote workers, companies housing staff, or families between homes.
Is there a cost or exclusivity?
No. Joining is free and non-exclusive. You can keep working with other housing providers. There’s no minimum volume to stay in the program.
