About this property
Adding a twist to Catalonian classics, Amazzer infuses elevated Saharan design with Spanish-style architecture. Reigning in the heart of the L’Esquerra de l’Eixample neighborhood, this area is all things trend and charm. Inviting guests to try the many famed tapas bars or gaze up at the modernist building, L’Esquerra de l’Eixample’s reputation precedes itself. Inside the 131 square meter home, the awe continues.
This three-bedroom, two-bath home is unique from the very start. The spacious entrance offers a hanging hammock to the right.
The first door to the right leads to Amazzer’s ensuite. A mixed-texture bed frame continues the theme of novel design over the queen-sized bed. Past the closet space is the attached bathroom to the right of the room. Here a modern, semi-exposed shower grabs the attention to create a spa-like experience.
Back through the foyer, the first door to the left opens up to the second bedroom. Tray ceilings and traditional tiling complete the elegance of the space, with a queen-sized bed sitting in the center.
Down the hallway, the next door on the right leads to the attached bathroom. Boasting modernity and style, the basin sink and all-glass shower highlight Amazzer’s contemporary feel.
Continuing down the hall, a set of sliding glass doors to the left open up to the kitchen space. To the left guests will find a four-person breakfast nook. The kitchen offers modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils.
At the end of the hall is Amazzer’s impressive open-concept living and dining room. Elevated tray ceiling and near floor-to-ceiling double french doors make the space unequivocally luminous. To the left of the room is the four-person dining arrangement with lantern lighting hanging overhead. The attention shifts to the back-lit exposed brick wall framing the living area. Through both sets of french doors, guests will find two balconies to peer out at Barcelona’s cityscape.
The final door to the left of the dining area leads to the third bedroom. A keyhole arch design cleverly rests above the queen-sized bed to tie in the Saharan inspiration of the space. To the left of the room sits a dedicated workstation with traditional fibrous art hanging above. The room concludes with a third terrace, fit with a two-person terrace table.
All bedding and linens are provided.
