The design uses bold and bright colors, enhanced by the light flooding into the apartment, as well as woven texture to recreate a beach-feel. Upon walking into the apartment, there is a living room on the left which is composed of a lounge area with SmartTV and a dining area.

Past the entrance, find an ensuite bedroom to the right. The space is luminous, fitted with a canopy queen-sized bed and a private workspace. The ensuite bathroom comes with a shower. The second ensuite bedroom down the hall plays with tones of earthy colors. The bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and office area, as well as an indoor patio. The second ensuite bathroom has a bathtub with shower.

The kitchen is modern and fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances. The kitchen also has an indoor patio, fitted with a small table to enjoy one's breakfast. There is a small terrace with an outdoor lounge area.
