About this property

Harnessing the very essence of Saharan design, Talat ties together tradition with themed aesthetics. This 113 square meter apartment exudes an artful feel throughout its interiors. Whether inside or outside the home, there’s much to see and do. Located in the L’Esquerra de l’Eixample district, guests are invited to try the local flavors or admire the modernist architecture. Once inside this three-bedroom, two-bath beauty guests will feel transported to a desert-like escape.

Making a regal entrance, Talat opens up to a spacious foyer with an entry table in the center. Straight on is Talat’s office with a dedicated workstation and Saharan-inspired accessories.

The room to the left of the office is the ensuite bedroom. Traditional textiles highlight Amazigh symbols covering the queen-sized bed. To the left of the room offers ample storage space while the door to the right leads to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom emits modernity with the all-glass shower, floating vanity, and recessed lighting.

From the foyer, take a right to discover the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Natural wood cabinetry blends with the slate-gray countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. A two-person breakfast bar adds utility to the space.

In the middle of the space is a four-person dining set with handcrafted lantern lighting hanging overhead. The room concludes with a radiant living area. A unique candelabrum arrangement sits behind the sofa.

Past the leafy green touches, the double glass doors open to an expansive outdoor terrace. Multiple seating arrangements and Saharan greenery make the space perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Back inside across the living room is a hallway leading to the remaining bedrooms and bathroom. Straight on is the detached bathroom, complete with warm travertine tiling and a full shower.

To the left is a terracotta-strewn bedroom concept. The room keeps with tradition as a geometric-shaped canvas rests behind the queen-sized bed. Amazigh symbols are dotted throughout the room with a traditionally-inspired tapestry underneath and natural fiber light fixtures.

At the other end of the hall is the final bedroom. Sitting in the center of the room is the queen-sized bed, topped with organic textiles. Moorish-arched wood carvings cover the built-in closets to add to the Saharan feel. The glass doors at the other end of the room lead to the terrace.

All bedding and linens are provided.
