About this property

Esteemed for its serenity and Saharan design, Skoura offers pure bliss. Skoura boasts an impressive 111 square meters, but there’s plenty to do outside the home as well. Located in Madrid’s trendy Almagro neighborhood, guests can enjoy the many fashionable shops with Parisian-style architecture in the backdrop. The awe ensues once guests enter this three-bedroom, two-bathroom beauty.

Radiance emanates through the very entrance of Skoura’s interiors. Once through the front doors, guests will find a lucent open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. To the left is the grand dining area fit for six. A kitchen space wraps around the dining room, continuing the theme of incandescence. Under-cabinet lighting casts a glow on the modern appliances and all-wood cabinetry. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.

To the left is a stylish living area. Highlighted an adept blend of materials, natural fiber ceilings complement the layered tapestries underneath. Continue through the glass doors to discover a breathtaking 14 square meter terrace. The outdoor patio set is perfect for dining at the table for four or soaking in the city views in the rocking hammock chair.

The winding staircase in the corner of the living room leads to a secluded space upstairs. At the top of the staircase, guests will discover a sloped ceiling hanging overhead the bedroom’s interiors. Traditional, terracotta-hued textiles rest behind the queen-sized bed. In the right corner is ample storage. At the other end of the room is a dedicated workstation soaked in sunshine with the skylight window situated above.

Back downstairs, down the hallway past the kitchen, the first door on the right leads to the detached bathroom. The bathroom is complete with an all-glass, walk-in shower.

Further down the hall, the next door on the right opens up to an ensuite bedroom. Channeling tones of mineral blues and slate grays, the room offers themes of calm and serenity. To the left is a queen-sized bed covered in organic textiles with built-in storage to the right. Nearest the window is a hanging, macrame-encrusted hammock chair, perfect for a light read or moment of pause. The door to the right leads to the ensuite bathroom. The halo-lit vanity and all-glass shower give the bathroom a spa-like feel.

Skoura concludes with a third bedroom at the end of the hall. A celosia-carved room divider sections off the dedicated workstation, giving utility to the space without protruding into the serenity of the bedroom area. To the left of the office space is built-in storage. In the bedroom area, a cozy queen-sized bed characterized the room.
